About
Built by people who understand ISP operations.
Gradius exists because running a WISP or fiber ISP in Africa means juggling MikroTik routers, mobile money, SMS, and walk-in customers — often with spreadsheets stitched together with willpower. We built the platform we wished existed.
Why we built Gradius
Most ISP billing tools are either built for markets with card-first payments, or they bolt mobile money on as an afterthought. Neither matches how African operators actually work: STK push and paybill C2B for renewals, MikroTik as the workhorse router, hotspot vouchers sold at the counter, and PPPoE for broadband customers who expect their connection to just work.
Gradius was designed around that reality from day one — tenant-isolated, RADIUS-aligned, and priced in local currency for every market we support.
What we believe
- Local-first payments. Mobile money isn't a plugin — it's the primary rail for millions of subscribers across Africa, and our platform treats it that way.
- Reconciliation you can trust. Every payment ties to a subscriber and a package. No "I paid but no internet" disputes.
- Isolation by default. Every ISP tenant's subscribers, routers, and ledgers are fully separated from every other tenant on the platform.
- Support that answers. WhatsApp and email support from a team that has actually configured a MikroTik router.
Where we operate
Gradius supports ISPs and WISPs in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Ethiopia, Nigeria, South Africa, Rwanda, Zambia, Malawi, DR Congo, Republic of the Congo, Chad, Gabon, Niger, Madagascar, and Seychelles — with new markets added as operators request them.
